We ship tracked to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Here is how to make sure the gift arrives on time and as a surprise.
1. Count back from the big day
We pack orders in 1–2 business days. Typical delivery after that:
- United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
- United States: 6–10 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 8–14 business days
In November and December carriers are busier, so add a few extra days.
2. Get the address exactly right
Use the recipient’s full name as it appears on their door or mailbox, plus apartment number, postcode or ZIP and a phone number. The carrier uses the phone number only if there is a delivery question.
3. Know about duties and import taxes
Depending on the destination and the order value, the carrier or customs may charge duties or import taxes on delivery. These are not collected by us. If it’s a surprise, it may be kind to let the recipient know a parcel is coming.
4. Keep the surprise
Write your words in the “Gift message” field in your bag and we’ll put them on a card. Order and tracking emails go to you, the buyer, not to the recipient.
5. Track it
You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. You can also check it anytime on our Track your gift page.
